I went to weigh in on Tuesday and I have only lost 1 pound since last week. I am trying to follow my plan but everything I've put even remotely close to my mouth since Saturday morning has made me sick. No longer than it was in my system, there's no way that I could've absorbed much nutrients for it. The in-out time frame was about 15-20 mins for everything, including ice water. So needless to say, I haven't had my full dose of protein, nutrients, and fluids since Friday. I got 63 g of protein today, less than 70g, but better than nothing.
